One day in Fall, 2017, Burk Murchison called and told me he'd seen pictures on this website of the two Tall Clocks...or "Grandfather Clocks"...I'd built for Susie.  He came by and, after looking them over, decided he'd like me to duplicate the first one I'd built, which was inspired by some Scandanavian clocks Susie and I had seen.  Christmas was coming up in a few months...I was able to finish it in time for him to be able to make it a fun gift for his wife, Elise.  The clock face is from here in the US and is built to look exactly like an old, antique clock.  It keeps absolutely perfect time...and is powered by two small AA batteries!!  I've included, below, pics of the Murchison's clock being built and as it looked when finished.  The bible verse Burk asked me to place on the front of the clock is Psalm 27:1 - "THE LORD IS MY LIGHT AND MY SALVATION - WHOM SHALL I FEAR?"
